In Incheon, where larvae are found in tap water, this time, residents were inconvenienced because tap water was not supplied to some areas during their work hours.

According to the Incheon Metropolitan City Waterworks Headquarters' Northern Waterworks Office, the supply of tap water to the area around Gyeyang-gu's Operation Campaign and Gyesan-dong was cut off at 4 am today (23rd).

Residents suffered discomfort, such as not being able to wash properly in the morning.

The Northern Waterworks Authority, which has jurisdiction over the region, said that for unknown reasons, the water pressure in the pipeline was low and water was not supplied to each household.

An official at the Northern Waterworks Office said that the supply of tap water was estimated to have been cut by about 12,000 households, and said it would investigate the exact cause as soon as the restoration was completed.
