this experiment, Gyeonggi-do financially compensates the unemployment experienced by workers.

It was decided to pay more for irregular workers with shorter working periods.

It is considered to give 5% of the basic salary for one year and 10% of the basic salary for contractors under 2 months.

The money they receive is paid in the form of retirement allowances.

Governor Lee Jae-myeong said, "Short-term non-regular workers are also uneasy to hire, but they are receiving discrimination because of their low wages."

This system is planned to be implemented next year, and it is aimed at more than 2,000 temporary workers at public institutions in Gyeonggi-do.

The budget will be 2.4 billion won.

Employers raised the topic that workers' anxiety for workers should be compensated with money, but expanding into the private sector requires social consensus.

It is also analyzed that the potential governor Lee is aiming to build an advanced leader image by introducing a policy that breaks the framework in Gyeonggi-do.
