The 30s who went outside to smoke were violated by violating health officials' self-isolation measures related to corona remedies.

Deputy Chief Justice Park So-young, the 12th detective of the Busan District Court, said on the 23rd that he had sentenced A(32) to a fine of 2 million won in court for violating the law on the prevention and management of infectious diseases.

Mr. A was charged on April 14 at 2:30 pm using an apartment elevator to go down to the parking lot on the first floor of the basement and leave the residence.

At that time, Mr. A was found to have left the residence to smoke.

Mr. A entered Japan at Incheon International Airport on April 2 and was classified as a suspected corona infectious disease, and was informed by Busan Dongnae Health Center to self-quarantine until the 15th of the same month.

Judge Park said, "Fully complying with the quarantine measures of the health authorities is absolutely necessary to prevent the spread of infectious diseases and maintain control of the network." The defendant violated containment measures by leaving the residence to smoke, "It wasn't good," he said. "But it took into account that a negative test resulted in no further infection."
