A prosecutors' investigation and deliberation committee will be held on the afternoon of today (24th) to discuss the alleged suspicion of Channel A reporter. Whether or not to recommend prosecution of prosecutor Han Dong-hoon, the key figure in the case, seems to be the biggest issue.

Reporter Bae Jun-woo reports.

<Reporter> The

prosecutor's investigation deliberation committee, which judges whether it is appropriate to hand over the main suspect to the trial in'Channel All-Reporter Suspicion of Reporter Misu,' will be held closed at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office at 2 pm this afternoon.

In addition to the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Investigation Team, former representatives of Lee In-cheol, Value Invest Korea, ex-Channel reporter Dong-jae Lee, and prosecutor Han Dong-hoon will face the so-called'four-faced face-to-face'.

Prosecutors and former representative Lee Chul are likely to argue that the former reporter is a compulsory convict because of the pressure on the former family member.

In addition, it is expected that the logic that there was a conspiracy with Prosecutor Han Dong-hoon in this process will be unfolded.

On the other hand, former reporter Lee claimed that the incident was part of the political and media press because MBC secretly filmed the process of contacting the former representative.

Earlier, a prosecutor also said that he was not involved in the reporter investigation or prosecution investigation.

The key evidence of this incident is a transcript of the conversation between the former reporter and a prosecutor who shared at the Busan High School on February 13, and the discussions are likely to be focused on this part of the investigation as the two sides disagree.

Although the prosecution's investigation committee does not have any force, the decision to file a prosecution against the investigative team and, conversely, making a prosecution decision can adversely affect the former reporter and one prosecutor.
