Governor Lee Jae-myeong, who was sentenced to ineffective election in court in the second instance on charges of making false announcements under the Public Official Election Act regarding forced hospitalization for his brother, became a governor.

The Supreme Court's all-agreement body (Judge Chief Justice Noh Jung-hee) sent the case back to Suwon for today's (16th) innocence that the centrifugal judgment misunderstood the jurisdiction.

A majority opinion of the Supreme Court decided that the answer to the governor's debate could not be viewed as a false announcement under the Public Officials Election Act.

That's why Governor Lee has not actively declared false information, and the issue of candidates' remarks limits the freedom of the campaign, such as the meaning of the debate.

In response, Supreme Court Justice Sang-Ok Park disagreed several opinions.

Supreme Court Justice Sang-Ok Park said, "Freedom of opinion exchange is recognized on the premise of fairness in elections."

He criticized that "giving innocence to these candidates destroys the debate function of the electoral candidates."
