This is the day presented by the chairman of the Minimum Wage Commissioner Park Joon-sik as the first deadline for reviewing the minimum wage for next year. The minimum wage for next year is likely to be resolved on the morning of the 14th.
Public interest committee members, including Chairman Park, presented 8,620 to 9,110 won as a'deliberation promotion section' when both sides of the labor and management were unable to close the gap.
If the public interest committees provide a section to promote the hearing, both sides of the labor and management must make an amendment within the scope.
The lower limit of 8,620 won in the deliberation promotion section is 0.3% higher than this year's minimum wage (8,590 won), and the upper limit of 9,110 won is 6.1% higher.
The labor and management sectors submitted 9,430 won (9.8% increase) and 8,500 won (1.0% reduction) respectively as the first amendment to the first request for the minimum wage for next year on the 9th.
