Today (13th) around 9:30 am near Gyeongin Expressway Incheon tollgate.

A truck carrying a 25-ton grain lift with a 30-degree lift in the vehicle stack holds the sign as it is.

As the support was broken, the sign collapsed on a four-lane road, and the cars that followed were suddenly braking.

It was a dire situation that could lead to a second accident in Hamateo, but there was no additional damage as the vehicles were slowing down in the rain.

However, the accident caused a severe congestion because the entire one-way road toward Incheon was blocked by signs.

A special car was dispatched to open only one lane, but it took an hour and a half for the vehicle to communicate normally.

[Accident witness: I saw it with a bang. I guess the truck is behind it. (Covered with signs) The 4 lanes are all blocked. (Special vehicle) It was cut and divided.] The

driver was reported to have said in a police investigation that he said, "I forgot to put up a load to drain rain before driving the vehicle."

The police plan to hire drivers on suspicion of violating road traffic laws, such as driving inattention.
