In early May, the city issued an administrative order to ban all 617 coin song stations in Seoul because of the rapid spread of corona19 infection through the coin song practice site and the vulnerable business methods such as unmanned sales.
However, the city explained that based on the recent trend of outbreaks and advisory information from quarantine experts, it was decided that the quarantine environment of the coin song practice could be improved if the '10 Best Practices for Quarantine' were observed, and it was decided to allow selective sales.
In order to resume business, you must go through the process of'Pre-application-on-site due diligence-submission of a commitment to comply with the quarantine rules-deliberation of the autonomous region-notification of business resumption'.
If it is determined that the quarantine rules are not being properly observed in the field inspection process of the autonomous district officials, or if it is determined that the probability of compliance with the quarantine rules is small in the deliberation by each municipality, it will be difficult to resume business.
The city decided to cooperate with the autonomous districts to check whether the quarantine regulations are properly implemented without any notice.
If any workplace violates any of the 10 outbreak prevention rules, it will immediately switch to the ban on collective gathering and claim damages against the outbreak costs.
In addition to the seven rules prescribed by the government, the three rules added by the Seoul Metropolitan Government are: ▲ During the coin song practice, at least one quarantine manager must reside and manage the status of the quarantine. ▲ The maximum number of people per booth is limited to two. (However, for large-scale facilities with 4 or more people, 1 person per 1 m2 of use area) ▲ It is necessary to conduct regular ventilation.
