A combined fine of 18 billion won and a fine of 3.5 billion won was settled in 20 years of imprisonment by combining the case of the National Intelligence Service with the former President Park Geun-hye and the reimbursement of special activities for the National Intelligence Service. 

The 6th Division of the Seoul High Court held a trial hearing against former President Park on the afternoon of the 10th today (10th), and fined 18 billion won in 15 years in prison for bribery charges, and 5 years in jail for allegedly interfering with the right to abuse abuse. A hundred million won. 

Compared to the 30 years of imprisonment and fines of 20 billion won and fines of 2.7 billion won before the repatriation, the sentence has been significantly reduced.

The court explained the reason for the ruling, saying, "It is inevitable that severe punishment will be caused by division and conflict among the people." 

The prosecution earlier said in a decision hearing held in May, "we must set a sentence according to the constitution and law to show that our society is alive with rule of law." 

President Park, who refused to attend all trials, stayed in Seoul jail without attending today's sentence. 

In August of last year, the Supreme Court rescinded the case, pursuing to separate the sentence of bribery committed during the presidency of the President in accordance with the principle of'declaring bribery' under the Public Officials Election Act. 

Subsequently, in November of last year, the Supreme Court destroyed the centrifuge saying that the amount related to the treasury loss crimes from 2.7 billion won to 345 million won, and the charges of bribery should be recognized as 200 million won.

Former President Park was sentenced to 25 years in prison and a fine of 20 billion won for the National Intelligence Service case, and 5 years in prison and a fine of 2.7 billion won for extraordinary expenses in the case of the National Intelligence Service.

Former President Park has been sentenced to two years in jail today for two years in prison for allegedly involved in illegal nominations of the Saenuri Party. 

Since the arrest of former President Park Geun-hye on March 31, 2017, on today's 1,198 days, if former President Park does not reappeal to the Supreme Court, today's sentence will confirm all criminal cases.
