Last April, group A of 7-year-old crossed a pedestrian crossing in a children's sanctuary near the house, the school zone.

After crossing the road, my shoes peeled off and I went back to the pedestrian crossing. At that moment, I was hit by a 39-year-old B driver.

The police, which analyzed CCTV for two months, applied for a warrant for arrest for Mr. B by applying the so-called'People's Diet Act', which aggravates the school zone accident.

In order to show that the place where the accident occurred is a school zone, safety operation signs are installed like this, and the traffic lights are painted in yellow.

Schools nearby suggest that students only cross the designated pedestrian crossing.

Group A was not seriously injured, but the investigation showed that Mr. B was driving under an unlicensed state where his license had already been suspended due to drunk driving, and he was driving at a speed limit of over 30 km/h and driving at 40 km/h.

The police decided that there was no obstacle obstructing the driver's view at the point of the accident, so the violation of safety obligations was obvious.

Mr. B's passenger was caught falsely saying that he was driving in a police investigation.

The court issued a warrant for Mr. B's arrest for fear of destruction of evidence and escape, which is the first case of arrest after the Civil Procedure Act was enforced in March.
