Jung Mo, 23, who arrived in the United States on the 7th of last month, received a two-week self-containment notice.

But four days later, on the 11th, he said he had to deal with the visa problem and left the house without permission and left for the United States again.

The Gangnam-gu Office notified the health authorities of Jeongsae's departure on the 16th.

The self-isolator management app didn't show up, so I didn't know, but while I was checking on the wire late, I found out that Jung was leaving.

[Gangnam-gu Office Official: We have a self-isolator safety protection app. So, if you put it on and check it out, it says that you left, so I'm investigating why this happened.]

As a result of the SBS coverage, Mr. Jeong stopped his mobile phone service before leaving the country, but it was confirmed that the mobile phone itself became an error, and an error occurred in the app notification function, so that the departure notification did not appear.

In addition, it was found that the subject of self-containment was not notified to the immigration authorities and was able to escape from the airport without incident.

Gangnam-gu Office said that it had filed complaints with the police on charges of violating the prevention of infectious diseases and requested that the system be improved by the Ministry of Justice to prevent self-isolation defectors from leaving without permission.
