The Worldwide Developers Conference from Apple is an important event for developers, but also for individuals since they can discover the new features of the new OS. And the new features and options brought by this major update are quite numerous, they should appeal to a majority of users.
In anticipation of the official and public release of iOS 14, Apple has released the first beta of the new OS for developers a few tens of minutes after its presentation. They will be able to explore the operating system code to adapt their application to the OS, but also to discover subtleties that are still unknown. There is also talk of reporting any software flaws and bugs to Apple.
A public beta in July
For the public beta, members of the beta testing program will have to wait at least until July.
And for the others, it won't be until the fall. Usually, the final version of the new OS is released at the same time as the presentation of the new iPhone.
In parallel, Apple has also released the first beta of iPadOS 14.
