According to Savelyev, Russia is ready to build up a comprehensive partnership with the United States on a wide range of issues in space exploration.

He added that the Russian side proceeds from the principle of reciprocity and equality.

Saveliev also said that the militarization of outer space by the United States, followed by leading roles, could disrupt the already fragile construction of Russian-American relations in this area.
