Along with the successive release of blood certificates for college students requesting tuition refunds, the Ministry of Education said today that it is a problem that should be resolved between colleges and students in principle in connection with the demand for refunds of tuition due to the corona19 incident.

A key official from the Ministry of Education today (18th) said in a briefing related to tuition, "I feel sorry for the unfortunate situation in which college students did not receive face-to-face classes with Corona 19. At the same time, I agree that the financial situation of the university is difficult due to quarantine, non-face-to-face classes, and sudden drop in foreign students." .

The official said, however, "The tuition problem is basically a problem that the university will solve by communicating with students." However, the Ministry of Education promised to do its best to prepare a reasonable alternative to solve the difficulties faced by each.

The Ministry of Education emphasized that the university would support the university on the tuition issue, but in this case, the university's self-help efforts should be parallel.

Earlier, yesterday, Hanyang University's online community posted a photo of a blood note that says'Returning Tuition Fee' along with an article titled'Do you need a tuition return/face to face?'

On the 6th of last year, a professor in farm growth in the school said, "If you want a face-to-face exam, get a blood copy."

Also, yesterday, a photo of a bloodlet that says '100,000 won per year' was released in the online community of Yonsei University students. This is interpreted as a pinch of what Yonsei University officials said, "Why can't I say that students pay 100,000 won more?"

Online lectures at universities in Corona19 continue to raise class quality problems, and university rally demanding tuition returns continues, and the National Assembly is also demanding tuition return due to a resolution calling for additional tuition.
