Bae Hyun-woo started suffering from a muscle disorder when he was six years old.

At the age of 36, his eyes, mouth, and right-hand index finger are the only ones that can move, and it is difficult to breathe without breathing aids.

[Bae Hyun-Woo/Students who passed high school exam: (at the time of the first diagnosis) The doctor said this. He died at the age of 20. Now I have to wear a (breathing device) 24 hours a day.]

It was in 2017 when Mr. Bae knocked on the door.

This is thanks to the confidence I had when starting self-reliance in 2015.

[Bae Hyun-Woo/School Examination High school graduates: Anyway, I'm the first to challenge anything, so I came up with this thought.]

But I had to try several times more than others.

[Bae Hyun-Woo/Students who passed the high school exam: Because it is not a situation where you can pass a book, I made a PDF and looked at the textbook. In the case of mathematics, you have to solve it while writing it yourself. That was the most difficult thing.] After

passing all of the black exams in three years, Mr. Bae hopes that someone with a disability will not give up his dream.

[Bae Hyun-Woo/Students passing the high school exam: Because the home examination is only in Seoul? There are a lot of people who have a dream because of severe disabilities, and I hope it will be expanded nationwide.]

Last year, more than 50,000 applicants were tested, but the actual number of applicants was 43,000 .

As it is a re-training opportunity for those who are marginalized in the curriculum, institutional efforts should be supported so that more candidates can participate.
