railroad police again filed for an arrest warrant for a man in his 30s who had fled and fled a woman at Seoul Station. The warrant was dismissed because the emergency arrest process was illegal, and the police reapplied for the warrant saying they had further confirmed the offense committed against another passerby.

Lee Mo, who fled after hurting a woman who stood still at Seoul Station last month.

Even before the crime, Mr. Lee was confirmed to have committed violence, such as by passing through a passerby or threatening a woman, but the court dismissed the arrest warrant.

This is because it was considered illegal for the railroad special judicial police to open the door without an arrest warrant and to arrest Mr. Lee in the house.

After dismissing the warrant, Lee had been treated at a local psychiatric hospital for family recommendation, and a railroad police reapplied for the arrest warrant.

It's been six days since the warrant was dismissed.

The railroad police further confirmed that Lee had committed a crime against other passers-by in history, and said he had re-applied for a warrant for the seriousness of the crime and fear of escape.

In February, police confirmed that they had committed crimes outside history, including spitting and threatening unknown women on the streets in February, but more than five victims have been identified so far.

The actual warrant for the arrest will be held next Monday.
