During the 21st general election campaign, all 19 members of the Seoul National University Advancement Association (Daejinyeon), who held a picket protest at the site of the candidate for the future unification of Oh Se-hoon in the district of Gwangjin-gu, Seoul, were handed over to the prosecution.

The Seoul Gwangjin Police Station sent the 36-year-old Yu Mo and the 23-year-old Kang Mo, who were arrested on charges of violating the Public Official Election Act, to the prosecution, and the remaining 17 were sent in disarmament.

In March, they were accused of holding protests in front of Oh's election office and picking up at Seoul National Subway Line 2's Konkuk University Station.

In the picket, there was a question about the fact that candidate Oh gave a total of 1.2 million won to five people, including the security guard and the janitor, in the apartment where he resides.

According to the opinion of the Gwangjin-gu Electoral Commission that the picket protests that hindered the candidate's campaigning have violated Article 90 of the Public Election Act, the police have conducted investigations.

Police have filed for warrants for three of them, and courts have issued two.

In addition to candidate Oh, Daejin Yeon is also under investigation for allegations of protests near the election offices or the locations of candidates for future candidates such as Na Kyung-won (Dongjak) and Hwang Kyo-an (Jongno).
