The scene of the arrest of an incumbent prosecutor who was arrested as a current criminal on charges of forcing a woman on the street in the middle of the night was captured on closed circuit (CC) TV.

Last night at 11:20 pm in front of a shop in Yangjeong-dong, Busanjin-gu, Busan. A man follows the woman, and the woman stands at the pedestrian crossing and stops to wait for a signal.

One minute later, a man in black trousers and a light jacket, walks behind the woman and reaches out and holds both women's shoulders.

When the woman was surprised and turned around, the man quickly lifted her hands, stepped back a few steps, and then shook her hands as if nothing had happened. The man was drunk and staggered.

The man took off his jacket and soon followed the pedestrian crossing along the woman. 

This man is the incumbent prosecutor at the Busan Prosecutor's Office. This act of the chief prosecutor was captured in CCTV footage of about 1 minute and 40 seconds.

The prosecutor later followed the woman about 1m to the vicinity of City Hall Station in Busan Metropolitan Railway and was arrested as a current criminal by police dispatched by a woman report.

At that time, the police said they would go home for a drunk chief prosecutor at the time, and that sooner or later he would call Mr. A to investigate the alleged assault and decide whether to deal with the recruits. 

The Busan Prosecutor's Office said, "The prosecutor is actively cooperating with the police investigation and is verifying the facts on its own." 

The chief prosecutor is currently on the way to work, and the Busan prosecutor is known to have taken no personnel measures.
