A man who was obscenely replying to someone's wrong text was sentenced to a fine.

Yesterday (11th) Judge Seung-jun Baek, the 8th criminal detective of the Daejeon District Court, sentenced Mr. A to a fine of 700,000 won for a violation of the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (obscene use of communication media), and completed a 40-hour sexual violence treatment program It has been ordered.

In July of last year, Mr. A received a text message saying 'What are you doing' with an unknown phone number. Regarding this as spam, Mr. A replied, 'Imagine you are naked.'

In fact, the letter A received was sent by an elementary school student who was mistaken for his friend's phone number.

Eventually, to Mr. A, who was brought to court, Judge Baek explained the reason for the sentence, saying, "I don't like the guilt that sent a message of sexual shame and disgust toward a young woman victim."

He added, "However, there seems to be some circumstances to consider, such as the fact that the victim misunderstood the text that was sent to the accused several times as a spam text, and that the other party was not recognized."

Judge Baek decided that Mr. A was not subject to registration of personal information, and that he had no obligation to submit information. In addition, there was no order to limit employment.

The Act on Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes states that 'anyone who causes sexual or shame or disgust through telephone, mail, computer, or other communication media for the purpose of inducing or satisfying one's or others' sexual desires'. You must not send your back to the other person. '
