Microsoft to introduce first next-gen games on May 7 - Geeko

Thursday May 7, 5 p.m. The appointment is now fixed for gamers. Microsoft will reveal at this precise moment several exclusives for its next generation of console, the Xbox Series X, and most certainly several multi-media games also.

No computer graphics, we are promised gameplay and nothing but gameplay. The event had already been teased upstream by Aaron Greenberg, the director of marketing at Xbox.

After announcing this event online, Ubisoft tweeted a message suggesting that the new Assassin's Creed could take advantage of this event to reveal itself a little more. Announced Thursday, the game has so far been presented only through computer generated images.

Big franchises will be in the spotlight

Halo Infinite is the other big game expected at this event. In theory, Microsoft should indeed reveal more about the publisher's only known first-party title (outside of Hellblade 2 ).

Other rumors evoke the return of some large franchises including Forza , Fable or Perfect Dark .

Expected at the end of the year, the Xbox Series X has already revealed almost all of its secrets. Gamers are now waiting to discover the first next-gen games that will run on it.
