A court ruling has been held that Son Jung-woo, the operator of 'Welcome to Video', the world's largest child sexual exploitation site in the process of repatriation to the United States, is worthy.

The Seoul High Court's Detective Division 5 (Yoon Kang-yeol, Jang Cheol-ik, Kim Yong-ha) rejected today's request for adjudication to the court to reconsider whether the warrant for Indian arrest, which is an offense against him, was reasonable. Putting the results together, the claimant is admitted to run away and needs to be kept in custody, "he said.

Son runs a 'Welcome to Video' site on the Dark Web, which can only be accessed using a special browser from July 2015 to March 2018, confirming a year and a half on charges of distributing sexual exploits. After receiving the sentence, he was re-prised on the 27th last month.

Son was accused of six crimes and nine charges, including the distribution of child pornography at the United States Federal Jury in August 2018.

The U.S. Department of Justice has been calling for the repatriation of Mr. Son in accordance with the extradition treaty ahead of him.

On the 19th, the screening of Mr. Son's criminal extradition, which decides whether to be repatriated, will be held at the hearing of the 20th Detective of Seoul High Court (Jung Chan Kang, Deputy Judge Moon Jae Kyung).

According to the related procedures, whether or not Son will be delivered after a court hearing is decided within about two months.
