The second joint discernment between the police and the fire department continues from 11:30 am today.

The fire authorities who finished their first identification yesterday identified the fire as starting at the second basement level.

However, it is only assumed that the explosion occurred when the oily air, or vapor, was ignited, but the exact cause of the fire and the point of ignition were still unknown.

It is known that it took considerable time to remove the debris that had accumulated on the ground floor, which is believed to be a fire.

Once the debris has been cleared and the second sensation is over, it will likely be possible to see what substances were on the second basement level, including the ignition point.

The police are checking the cause of death with the concentration of carbon monoxide in the blood, and if blood collection is difficult, an autopsy is being conducted.

In the process, some families were reported to have been strongly opposed, saying that the police conducted an autopsy before announcing the identity.

Police plan to autopsy 15 of the dead.

Police say they will conduct genetic testing as soon as possible on five unidentified deaths.
