The on-time weighting of major universities in Seoul is starting from the 2022 college admissions that will be applied to high school students.

Seven universities, including Seoul National University, increase the on-time ratio to 30%, and nine such as Yonsei University and Korea University increase the on-time ratio to 40%.

The proportion of occasional admissions, such as the general admissions process for students, is lowered.

It is also pointed out that on a regular basis, students who have high parent income and who have a lot of private education are advantageous.

[Jongwoon Oh / Jongno Institute Evaluation Director: The first is normalization of high school education, the second is fairness. I can't catch both rabbits, basically.] For

universities, there is also an analysis that responds to a good position in the comprehensive audit of the educational authorities and to stand in a favorable position in the financial support project.
