Two years ago, in a motel in Gyeonggi-do, the girlfriend of the victim, who was charged with murder, was sentenced to a mid-term sentence in connection with the so-called 'death of Bucheon Ringer', where a man in his 30s died while taking an anesthetic.

Detective Division 1 of Bucheon Support, Incheon District Court, sentenced 30 years of imprisonment today (24th) to 32-year-old A, a former nursing assistant who was charged with murder and other charges.

The court said, "The evidence that the victim promised to commit suicide is the only defendant's statement, which is not only poor, but very unreliable."

The defendant judged, "The defendant disguised himself as a way to inject the drug he had stored using his medical knowledge to the victim by using autopsy to find out if he could know the injection shock." .

The court also said, "The defendant denied the murder without any sign of remorse." He said, "There is no effort to alleviate the pain of the bereaved, so it is advisable to repent from the society for a long time and repent of it. Revealed.

Earlier, the prosecution demanded a sentence on Mr. A's sentence, saying, "You must be isolated from society forever."

Mr. A has denied the allegations of murder, saying that he tried to make extreme choices with his boyfriend during the trial.

"I was assimilated by the victim's anxiety and the story of suicide, so I tried to commit suicide with the thought that I could not survive without the victim," he said.

Mr. A was prosecuted on October 21, 2018 at 11:30 am on charges of killing his boyfriend by administering an anesthetic, etc., as a ringer at a motel in Bucheon, Gyeonggi.

Mr. A was also charged with administering propofol to Mr. B without a prescription and stealing medicines in August 2016 when his hospital went out of business.

As a result of the autopsy of the National Institute of Scientific Investigation, Mr. B was found to have received anesthesia drugs, propofol and anti-inflammatory analgesic, diclofenac, in excess of lethal dose.

The cause of death was a heart attack from Diclofenac.

At the time of the incident, Mr. B and Mr. A, who were in the motel, were also found to have taken the drug, but were confirmed to be at a treatable concentration.
