Sony announced on Tuesday, April 14, on its blog, the launch of the operation "Play at home". The Japanese company has decided to offer games to all Playstation 4 owners, not just Playstation Plus subscribers, Numerama says. To start, it will be possible to download two games for free from April 16 to May 6: Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection and Journey .

Other games offered in May?

Sony's stated goal is that "the PlayStation community can continue to enjoy themselves from their homes." With Uncharted: The Nathan Drake Collection , owners of a PS4 will be able to discover a third-person shooter that was originally released on PS3 before being remastered for the PS4. As for Journey , it is an independent game that invites players on a dreamlike journey through several particularly neat worlds and universes.

Other games could be offered in May while the confinement will continue in many countries of the world. However, Sony also indicates that the download speed of games has been reduced during this period.
