The sentence was confirmed to Jang Young-ja (75), a 'big-handed' who was charged with fraud after being released.

Supreme Court Division 2 (Judge Chief Sang-Ok Park) confirmed the centrifugal sentence on Jan. 9 for sentenced to four years in prison for prosecution.

From July 2015 to May 2017, Mr. Jang cheated that he needed money to donate Samsung Everland convertible bonds under the name of his husband, Mr. Lee Chul-hee, or that he needed business funds. He was charged with arrest on charges.

At the time of the crime, Mr. Jang said that 10,000 shares of Samsung Electronics in the name of a husband with a market price of 15 billion won were tied up as collateral, and he was excused for needing money to solve it.

However, the prosecution investigation revealed that there was no Everland convertible bond or Samsung Electronics shares under the name of Mr. Zhang.

Along with this, Mr. Chang is also charged with cashing a billion-dollar counterfeit check.

Mr. Chang has denied the allegations by showing strong distrust of the prosecution and courts throughout the first and second trials.

However, the court refused to accept Mr. Zhang's claim, saying, "For a long time, I tried to hear if there was any part of the defendant's claims that could be listened to.

It is the fourth time that Zhang is arrested.

After being sentenced to 15 years in prison for a bill fraud in 1983, he was released in 1992, leaving five years in prison.

However, in 1994, after a year and 10 months of release, he was sentenced to 4 years in prison for a borrowing fraud of 14 billion won.

After that, it was released again in 1998 as a Special Liberation Day for Liberation Day.
