According to him, "there have already been examples in history when one country decided to start seizing territories in its interests."
On April 6, US President Donald Trump signed a decree securing the right of Americans to extract space resources, including lunar ones.
In February, Trump called on Congress to allocate money for the American program of manned flights to the moon and Mars.
