▲ As the number of passengers heading for the Gobok Reservoir in Yeonseo-myeon, Sejong-si, in full bloom of cherry blossoms, the number of vehicles is crowded.

When the sunny spring weather unfolded today (5th), the first Sunday in April and the Arbor Day, many citizens went out to the outdoor park to enjoy the sunshine and spring flowers even though Corona 19 didn't stop.

However, some citizens were frowned upon by ignoring the principle of 'social distance' because of the long-term coronary crisis.

Today, Seoul is chilly in the morning, and the daytime temperature rises to around 14 degrees as the sun shines on the clear sky, and the concentration of fine dust is 'normal' across the country.

Most of the citizens who came out of the confined home and went out to the outdoors were wearing light and bright spring clothes, but they never forget to wear a mask.

Although cherry blossoms were at their peak in various places in Seoul, there were many places that blocked citizens' access because of the 'social distance' movement to prevent the spread of corona19.

General visitors' traffic was completely blocked, including 7 cherry blossom roads in Yunjung-ro, Yeouido, Seoul, and 7 nearby bus stops and National Chungcheongwon in Dongjak-gu, Seoul.

However, there were many citizens ignoring the 'social distance' principle, as the corona19 seemed to go out of their way.
The spacing of the mats on the lawn of the park was usually more than 2m, but it was also noticeable that the mats sat close together under the cherry trees.

In addition, most people sitting on the mats and talking do not wear masks, and people who frequently take off masks in the crowded place to take pictures with cherry blossoms in the background are often seen.

In some cases, a tent was placed on a lawn next to a placard prohibiting shade and tents.

At convenience stores in parks selling ramen and beverages, people often sat in small places.

An official from the park said, "Today, there are still fewer people than usual." On other weekends, there are times when people get more confused by more than four times more people.

Highways across the country are relatively smooth, but in the metropolitan area and some Gangwon areas, cars are crowded and stagnant.

As of 3:30 pm, cars are slowing down in the 17 부 direction of Gyeongbu Line, 9㎞ of Busan direction, 27㎞ of Seohaean Line, and 12㎞ of Yeongdong Line Incheon.

Cars are also unable to speed up in Seoul, 5km in the Guri direction, 5㎞ in the Ilsan direction, and 15 양 in the Seoul Yangyang line.

The traffic congestion toward Seoul will peak at around 6-7 pm, and will be resolved around 9-10 pm at night, and communication in the local direction will be smooth.

The Korea Expressway Corporation estimated the national traffic volume to be 3.4 million units today.
