Choi, who left the court after about an hour's review, was consistently answering the reporter's questions and went on the escort vehicle.
Choi is charged with illegally inquiring personal information of about 200 victims while assisting with the issuance of a resident registration card at a resident center in Songpa-gu, Seoul, and providing 17 personal information to Jo Joo-bin, the 'Parkbang' operator.
Choi's arrest will likely be decided as early as this afternoon to tomorrow (4th) in the morning.
