101 Korean corona19 confirmed patients were added yesterday a day, and 9,887 were confirmed as of 00:00 today.

Seven of the additional confirmed cases were diagnosed at airport quarantine and confirmed.

As the cases of Corona 19's overseas inflow continued, the government mandates self-isolation for all overseas immigrants starting today.

Domestic and foreign nationals must enter the quarantine at their residence for 14 days no matter which country they come from.

If there is no place of residence, self-containment must be carried out in a quarantine facility designated by the government, but this cost is the responsibility of the person.

In addition, in case of symptomatic immigrants, after undergoing a corona19 diagnostic test at the airport, they must wait in a quarantine facility until results are obtained.

However, foreigners staying asymptomatic for a short period of time are exempt from self-isolation obligations on the 14th only if they receive a self-isolation waiver from the Korean Embassy prior to entry.

Prime Minister Chung Se-gyun said at the Central Disaster Safety Measures Conference today, he feared that there is a high level of concern about self-containment violations against international immigrants, such as young international students.
