Asan Medical Center in Seoul said that a 9-year-old girl who was admitted to the pediatric ward had a positive corona19.

The confirmed child patient visited the emergency room of Asan Hospital on the 26th and was hospitalized on the 27th the next day to undergo a neurosurgery procedure.

Currently, an epidemiologic investigator is conducting an investigation, and it is planned to check whether the patient and the guardian are wearing a mask in the ward, and how much traffic and contact number are there.

Seoul Asan Hospital also moved hospitals around the hospital where the patient stayed, and moved to the negative pressure hospital room and took measures to limit the movement of the ward.

In addition, the fire department was closed.

Seoul Asan Hospital has 2,700 beds, and depending on whether it is closed or not, there is concern about the possibility of severe medical care in the area around the hospital.
