The 16-year-old, who is known to be accused of Jo Joo-bin's accomplice, was handed over to the court for charges of running another sexual exploitation chat room.

When the trial took over as Deputy Chief Justice Deok-Sik Oh, a judge in charge of sexual crimes in the Seoul Central District Court, the women's world strongly objected.

Judge Oh judged the ex-boyfriend's allegation of illegal shooting, and he was convicted of a sexual assailant, including a fine sentence for a man in his twenties who distributed pornography to adolescents.

An opposition statement continued, and over 400,000 votes were made in four days to the Blue House petition that judge Oh should be excluded from trial.

Around the court, there were press conferences and surprise protests calling for a court change.

Judge Oh Duck-shik himself applied for a court change.

The Seoul Central District Court said that Justice Oh had a very difficult reason to deal with the case, and he filed for a cultivation party, and the court also admitted that Mr. Oh's reasons were valid and left the case to another court dedicated to sexual crimes.

The Korean Women's Association has urged the judiciary to establish a system for assigning gender-sensitive courts to sexual violence-related trials.
