Dr. Jo Joo-bin, the doctor's room operator who was arrested for producing and distributing sexual exploitation, is being investigated for the second time on the 27th. Prosecutors are focusing on criminal investigations against Mr. Cho and are also considering whether or not they can apply for organized crime.

Prosecutors are investigating the second summoning of the so-called 'Dr. Bang' operator Joo Joo-bin as the suspect from 10 am today.

The total number of charges that have been applied to Mr. Cho, who have been arrested for creating and distributing sexual exploitation, including minors, to the Telegram, amount to twelve, including violations of the Child and Youth Protection Act.

Prosecutors, along with Mr. Cho, are also investigating the alleged crimes that have made sexual exploitation and dissemination in the doctor's room, and are also considering the possibility of applying criminal organized crimes to Mr. Cho.

Attorney General Chu Mi-ae also instructed a party that recently committed digital sex offenses to be reviewed for criminal organized crimes.

Mr. Cho was said to have made some statements in the first prosecution investigation yesterday without exercising his right to remain silent.

Cho is currently undergoing prosecution investigations without a lawyer, as lawyer Cho's senior lawyer filed for resignation.
