The Seoul Metropolitan Government's administrative investigation team visited the Shincheonji corporate office three times since the end of last month, but the number of times was overwhelmed.

There were no documents to keep, such as minutes or membership rosters.

[Kyung-Tak Kim / Head of Culture Policy Division, Seoul City (Last 9th): This is what I said as an office, but there are no corporate documents in the office… .]

The city of Seoul paid more attention to the fact that Shincheonji had harmed the public interest.

It was a false statement of Shinto and facilities at the time of the initial quarantine, and was not given a phone call or even ordered to hide the membership.

They also provided evidence that Shincheonji deceived the identity of the general church as well as the end of Buddhism and engaged in 'camouflage preaching' activities.

[Park Won-soon / Seoul Mayor: It is judged that the public interest has been significantly harmed and the conditions for permits have been violated.

In the future, 'Saehan Saegae New Earth Jesus Mission Church', a corporation in Sincheonji, will become a voluntary organization such as a club.

The tax benefits of non-profit corporations are disappearing, and the publication of current textbooks cannot be done.

Corporate assets must also be liquidated.

Seoul Metropolitan Government will continue to prohibit religious activities, including worship, by administrative order.

Shincheonji countered that all of Seoul's claims were false.

[Shincheonji official: (Seoul City) is a completely unfounded story. As you can see from our official document, I had the Saints go and inspect everything they could.]
