Police say the characters Jo mentioned were not involved in the sexual exploitation crime.

Cho is also being investigated for fraud charges in December last year, approaching a reporter doing a personal broadcast and tearing away 15 million won worth of politician information over USB.

In addition to charges related to sexual exploitation, the police are also investigating the circumstances that Mr. Cho has used as a means of intimidation and coercion by stealing personal information from paid members of the doctor's room along with social service personnel at the ward office.
