Russian satellite “Glonass-M” has been successfully put into orbit

“The middle-class launch vehicle Soyuz-2.1b successfully launched the Russian navigation spacecraft Glonass-M into the calculated orbit at the scheduled time,” TASS reports from the Department of Information and Mass Communications of the Russian Ministry of Defense.

It is specified that the launch of the device from the Plesetsk cosmodrome took place on March 16 at 21:28 Moscow time.

In February, the successful launch of the Meridian-M military communications satellite into orbit was reported.
