Jo Kyu-seok, who is suspected of leading the murder of a businessman in his 50s, was caught in nine months after the crime.

The Northern Police Department of Gyeonggi Province says it has arrested Joe for killings, who had been wanted for public appointment as an important nominee.

Mr. Cho is known to have been captured by police while hiding in a studio in Asan, South Chungcheong Province.

Cho is accused of kidnapping and murdering businessman A with the help of accomplices in Gwangju on May 19 last year.

Accomplishments Hong Mo and Kim Mo were caught after committing suicide at a nearby motel after abandoning A's body in a public parking lot in Yangju, Gyeonggi-do.

They were accused of robbery, dead bodies, etc., and were sentenced to five years in prison and 12 years in Kim in the Uijeongbu District Court law last month.

Mr. Cho's younger brother, who was accused of helping him, was also sentenced to two years and six months in prison in the Gwangju District Law last month.

Mr. Cho was also caught in a five-month escape by changing dozens of mobile phones during the 2006 abduction of Gwangju construction stock.

Again, Mr. Cho was caught for nine months after he was stalking police.

The police will investigate Mr. Cho's exact motives and circumstances, and expand investigations into helpers who helped him in his stealth life.
