More than two months after the disappearance of two young men, two bodies were found buried Tuesday, on a plot of Revest-du-Bion, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence (04). According to a source familiar with the matter, everything suggests that they are indeed those of the missing men from Aude.

Two bodies were found Tuesday on a plot of Revest-du-Bion, a village in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence where Julien Boulmil and Gabriel Ferchal, two young people of 25 and 26 years old, had an appointment on December 3, 2019. According to a source familiar with the matter, everything suggests that the bodies are those of the two young men. But an autopsy which must be performed within a week must confirm the identification of the remains. The bodies were buried on the grounds of two brothers, to whom the two childhood friends had gone to repair a heavy vehicle.

It was a police dog team who made the macabre discovery. One of the two suspects was arrested immediately after the bodies were discovered. He is currently in police custody, the second cannot be found yet.

They had disappeared since December 3

These two young temporary workers from Aude went to the region on December 3, more than five hours away from home. As Le Parisien recalls, they had an appointment with a certain "Vincent M.", for "truck repair". This is in any case what Gabriel Ferchal had said to his grandmother before leaving.

Arrived at the end of the afternoon in Revest-du-Bion, a village on the Albion plateau, the two young people had not given any sign of life since then. "We just learned that one of them had a phone at 12:46 a.m. that night in Rognes, sixty kilometers south of Revest," says Le Parisien . A judicial investigation had been opened for kidnapping and forcible confinement, without voluntary release.
