The prosecution was disputed when the prosecution sent 13 suspects to trial on 29th of last month.

This is because Hwang Woon-ha, the former head of Ulsan Police Agency, was not directly investigated.

The prosecution, however, was confident that it could fully substantiate allegations related to investigations and election interventions.

As a result of the SBS coverage, it was confirmed that the prosecution secured a large number of recording files containing conversations between the relevant parties, including Mayor Song Cheol-ho.

It is said to be a file recording the telephone conversations, conversations and meetings of the people involved.

In particular, Mayor Song Cheol-ho and his aides gathered Kim Ki-hyun's close affairs, and it was known that it contained specific contexts in contact with the Blue House and the police.

The time when the conversation was recorded was also largely in agreement with the contents of the Ulsan deputy mayor's handbook, and the prosecution concluded that it was highly reliable.

The prosecution identified and specified the specific date and time of conversations with those involved in the complaint.

At the end of last month, the prosecutors' office, including prosecutor general Yoon Seok-yeol, concluded that there were no problems in maintaining the complaints as objective evidence was secured at the annual private meeting.

The prosecution plans to submit the evidence files along with the recording files of the National Police Agency computer server and e-mail.
