He claims damages. A deaf New Yorker has launched a class action against three major pornographic sites, Pornhub, Redtube and YouPorn, claiming that he cannot fully enjoy their content due to the lack of subtitles.

In a lawsuit filed Thursday with the federal court of Brooklyn, Yaroslav Suris attacked the three sites and their Canadian mother company Mindgeek for violation of the American law of 1990 which protects the handicapped people against discriminations.

"You can't enjoy video content like the rest of the public"

Yaroslav Suris, who also recently attacked Fox News for similar reasons, lists a series of videos with exhilarating titles he says he wanted to watch last October and most recently, January 11.

"Without subtitles, the deaf and hard of hearing cannot enjoy video content like the rest of the public," he wrote in his 23-page complaint, stressing that he wanted to return to these sites. Yaroslav Suris claims to the sites concerned to include subtitles and claims damages of an unspecified amount.

In a press release, Corey Price, vice-president of Pornhub, however reacted by arguing that his site included "a category with subtitles", including a link to the category in question.
