Cho Kyu-suk, an international PJ group named after the murder of a businessman.

The kidnapping and intimidation of a victim in a car is a typical crime technique of Cho Kyu-seok, which police are seeing.

The same was true of the kidnapping of the construction company in 2006 and the abduction of the competition leader in 2013.

[Which witness at the time of kidnapping in 2006: (victim) told me whether I should wear clothes, but I didn't pretend to listen. I said I knew because I hit you… ]

The police arrested the police for more than five months in 2006 and over four months in 2013.

This is a public wanted leaflet distributed to police stations nationwide.

As you can see, Jo Kyu-Seok's photo and name are included in this year.
In the past, Cho Kyu-seok used dozens of cannons, protected by members, and evaded.

[Past Detective Cho Kyu-seok]: Just use your phone when it's moving and when you need it and turn off the rest. After grabbing it, only five cannons in the car… I know how I can't get caught and run away.

It was the first time I wanted to open the door when I seemed to hide more secretly this time with two escape experiences.

About 43% of the public wanted men have been arrested in the last five and a half years, so the police are hoping for a decisive clue to arrest Cho Kyu-seok in civil reports.
