It is clarified that this is due to the delay in the delivery of the second batch of OneWeb satellites.

Delivery of the second batch is tentatively scheduled for January 19.

On December 16, the first batch of satellites of the British company OneWeb was delivered to the Baikonur Cosmodrome.
