Movistar is the operator that offers a better broadband service in Spain, and MásMóvil the one that provides it worse, according to a study published Tuesday by the Association of Internet Users (AI).

The Telefónica operator achieves a score of 8.05 and MásMóvil suspends with a 3.70 . The rest of the companies stay between 6 and 7 points: Euskaltel has 7.4%, Vodafone Group touches 7 and Orange, 6.

The AI ​​study has analyzed the claims in fixed communications filed with the Office of Telecommunications User Support , of the Secretary of State for Digital Advance, in which the incidents and interruptions occupy 23% and the invoicing 26%. Grupo MásMóvil receives the biggest complaints, with 52 claims on average . Orange records 30 and Vodafone, 18.

In convergent services, present in more than 80% of households with broadband, the Vodafone Group and the MásMóvil Group are the worst, with averages of 9.84 and 9.53, respectively.

Regarding the repair of breakdowns, Orange uses almost 92 hours and Vodafone, 70, compared to 46 hours of Movistar. Of the Euskaltel Group operators, which operate in certain territories, R spends 123 hours in troubleshooting.

As for the breakdowns repaired within the period established by operators nationwide, Movistar is the one that repairs the most (96%), three points more than the Vodafone Group and seven more than the Orange Group, with MásMóvil that does not provide data. The Euskaltel Group operators range between 97% of the Basque operator and 88% of R.

The discharge rate of mobile broadband is a critical point of Internet access: the more speed offered, the less the flow . Movistar achieves a 75% download in the 21 Mbps offers and the Orange Group 44% in the 42 Mbps offers.

If the maximum speeds are analyzed, the behavior is identical: Yoigo, of the MásMóvil Group, achieves 31% in its 111 Mbps offer, and the Vodafone Group achieves 24% in its 150 Mbps offer.
