Wednesday evening, around 21:30, a fire broke out in the housing of a university residence Crous, on the ground floor of a four-storey building in Mont-Saint-Aignan, near Rouen.
This is a deliberate fire. A 20-year-old resident was arrested and taken into custody. She is suspected of being behind the incident. The student allegedly attempted to commit suicide by setting fire to her mattress, according to information collected by Europe 1.
