American cargo spacecraft Cygnus entered orbit

According to NASA, Cygnus, after separation from the second stage of the Antares launch vehicle, was successfully launched into orbit.

The ship will deliver about 3.7 tons of cargo to the International Space Station.

The docking of the Cygnus spacecraft with the ISS is scheduled for November 4.

Earlier it was reported that the launch of the Russian Progress MS-13 cargo ship to the International Space Station was postponed at the request of NASA from December 6 to December 1, so as not to interfere with the planned docking of the US Dragon transport ship.
