[SBS Special] Where can I raise my child? -Part 1 'House Dilemma ①

Where should I raise my country house, apartment, and my child?

The SBS Special that aired on the 27th, 'My child, where do you raise? -Part 1, the House Dilemma, depicts a journey to find a home for my child.

Where do we live if we think about my child and my child? I left with my architect Yoo Hyun-jun to find my child's house.

Seo Hee-ne, who lives in Gunsan, Jeollabuk-do, went out. They arrived in a rural village outside of Gunsan. This was where Seo Hee's family moved. The new home is scheduled to be completed by December. Seohee and Seoeun were happy even if they had dirt. Seo Hee's family raised expectations about living here.

Seo Hee's family now lives in an apartment. He lived in a charter after marriage and had a hard time buying and selling apartments three years ago. However, after their children were born, the apartment became inconvenient and troubled. Seo-hee's father said, "There is a limit to children running in an apartment space. They tell them not to run, but they don't listen. Then they scream."

Seohee's mother said, "I still can't go out without my husband. It's hard to go to the playground, and it's hard to go outside the door, but the apartment was like a jail cell without a window."

The couple said, "I think it's a natural choice for children," he said.

Seven out of 10 homes with children live in apartments. Born in an apartment and living in an apartment. And there is a family who escaped such an apartment. Jung Yu-chul's family lives in Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk. They designed and built all the houses for the children.

Jung-cheol's home is dotted with spaces for children. But the most visible space here was the courtyard. Surrounded by walls, it was a space where families could relax at any time. Yoo's children played and played with the dirt on their hands instead of their smartphones. At first I was reluctant to bury the soil, but now I even play creative games myself.

Choi Eun-a, a wife of Jeong Yu-cheol and an elementary school teacher who is currently taking parental leave, said, "I thought I would like to teach children how to play and have fun. In their second year of housing, they lived in the same sense that they had not felt in the apartments of the city. Choi's first daughter said, "I had to heel and run. I don't have to do it here."

Song Kwang-seok of Jangseong-gun, Jeonnam, signed a housing contract at the third pregnancy confirmed. After looking at the apartment, a third Hadam was built to build a house. My wife, Oh Eun-joo, said, "It's about half the price of an ordinary apartment in Gwangju." Houses with some discomfort were built in a custom form for children and families. The distinctive feature of this house is that it is a space where various spaces are connected and stored so that you can experience various things like searching for a maze. And a mini pool for children is also the point of this house. A couple who gave up some things, such as traffic and school districts, have different things.

Song Kwang-seok said, "I think of the house as a concept of investment, only money. It's a pity to think so without any sense of happiness." My wife, Oh Eun-ju also said, "He is healthy. He meets strangers and is good at greetings and fights with his friends. He laughs quickly. It was not only a change of children. Dad also changed. More leisurely life for children and families.

His wife, Oh Eun-ju, told children that it is enough to learn what they have seen and felt than sitting at their desks and solving problems. Most of their neighbors were also attracted to the public because they decided to live in a rural house because of their children.

Architect Hyun-jun Yoo said that children living in the city need more space than apartments. "I don't think housing is the answer, but he needs to let me have a variety of experiences and explorations," he advised.

Many people who chose an apartment because of its convenience. But the view from the apartment is the same every day. These days, children have had to learn many things from books or photos instead of experiences. The desire for rural housing is reborn, but it is impossible to give up apartments easily. When I wondered where there would be a living environment that satisfies all the conditions, I lost my thoughts about whether such a place would exist in Korea.

Architect Hyun-jun Yoo said, "If the environment changes, people's behaviors change. If their behaviors change, their thoughts change. It's definitely different from the stationary space without the changes made by human beings. I explained about the spaces that have a lot of influence.

Accordingly, the broadcasting conducted an experiment on the amount of change in the EEG according to the change of space. As a result, the EEG changes completely depending on whether you see a building out of a window, a tree, a low ceiling, or a high ceiling. The children were stressed by the scenery outside the window and relaxed in the greenery.

Professor KAIST Chung Jae-seung said, “Changes in space can bring about lasting changes. Emotions are easily raised in the red environment, and the usual expression of anger is markedly increased. If you give them, they can be inspired. "

"For children, normal spaces have a significant impact. Children are more likely to change, depending on what kind of environment they are. In a rich stimulus environment, the brain can handle complex stimuli by expanding synaptic connections between cells. "We have the ability." And it is nature that has a great impact on children.

Everyone wants to leave, but the reality is that they can't leave for various reasons. There is nothing to choose from this house dilemma. Is there anything we can do if we don't leave town and apartments?

It changes the space of my city and apartments little by little. The space should change according to the emotion and temperament of the child. The children grew but the structure was always the same.

The environment changed in response to the advice of psychological architects and space directors. Will the children really change if the environment changes?

In the meantime, with the changes coming to the children next week, the story of the power of space travel part 2 will be released.
