The IRS recently filed a prosecution complaint with Choi, saying that Soon-Sil Choi is hiding his property in Seoul's Sinsa-dong building for 12 billion won and not paying 1.9 billion won in capital gains tax.

The prosecution is said to have accused her of concealing property in order to avoid disposition of Choi, her daughter Jeong Yu-ra and Choi's secretary, An Mo.

The prosecution reported that Jung had passed some of the money for the sale of the winner's building to his secretary, Ahn, and confiscated Chung's cell phone yesterday.

Chung's lawyer says the prosecution's investigation into Mr. Chung has been forced to investigate the hospital.

In addition to the ovarian removal surgery on June 23, Jeong Yu-ra gave birth to a child and is now in need of stability.

The prosecution official said, "Before the seizure proceeding, Mr. Chung did not know whether he was in the hospital or what kind of health condition he was in."

The prosecution said he seized urgently before disposing of his cell phone when he suspected that his cell phone contained clues about concealing property.
