The Seoul Gwangjin Police Station said on January 25 that a human skull was found at Yongmasan in Seoul around 9:30 am.
After being called by a hiker, the police found a skull with only bones on a rare mountainside.
The teeth had braces attached and no other body parts were found.
The police asked the National Institute of Scientific Investigations this morning to confirm their identity and cause of death.
