Pointed out for their amount of waste and surfing the trend of "homemade" brands, soda and appliance brands are starting to offer Pepsi machines and refrigerators capable of making yoghurt. & Nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp; & nbsp;

Pointed out for their amount of waste and surfing the trend of "home made" brands of soft drinks and appliances began to offer machines to Pepsi and refrigerators capable of making yoghurt.

More and more consumers are enjoying buying bulk products for home cooking or making their own shampoos and other beauty products. Appliances follow the trend, and innovate with machines that will soon allow us to make sodas, beers and yogurts in our kitchen. Our columnist Anicet Mbida tells us more.

Manufacturers are surfing the wave of "homemade" and now offer machines to make bread, yogurt or soda directly in his kitchen.

And not any soda: real Pepsi and real Seven Up, with the same taste as the one you buy in stores. Do you see the fountains in the bars? We will be able to have the equivalent at home. It is the company SodaStream which will soon propose it. Until now, they were known for their machines that turn tap water into sparkling water. They have now been bought by the giant PepsiCo. They will also offer real Pepsi, Pepsi Max or Seven up concentrates.

Beverage vendors are increasingly being blamed for the incredible amount of plastic waste they generate. So they found the trick: make us make our favorite soda at home rather than buy it in bottles.

It's a real trend. Because it's happening in other areas too ...

Yes, the fridges for example. Normally, they are used to make cold. The latest Sharp model is also used as an oven. It has a hot compartment for fermentation, with programs to make yogurt, beer or bread dough.

This is indeed a real trend. More and more people buy in bulk, make their own shampoo or soap. Appliance manufacturers are surfing this wave by offering specific machines. After the success of coffee machines, I will not be surprised to see soon candy machines, cakes or chocolate bars ... homemade.
