The prosecution's investigation will now face the former secretary of state. In particular, the prosecution is reportedly considering applying bribery charges to the former secretary of state. What matters is whether the former secretary of state knew about the situation in which Professor Chung Kyung-sim bought the stock cheaper than the market price.

The prosecution included a charge of acquiring WFM shares of secondary battery makers in advance of the information on the warrant for Prof. Chung Kyung-Shim.

But the prosecution is paying attention to the situation in which Chung bought the stock cheaper than the market price.

The prosecution reported that Professor Chung bought 120,000 shares of WFM in January 2018 for 5,000 won per share.

In the end, the prosecution suspects that WFM has benefited more than 100 million won from the wife of Minjung Suh at the time.

The prosecution is looking into whether a bribery charge can be applied to the former Attorney General in his country.

Court rulings, such as a bribe received by a public servant's wife, were the same as the bribes he received.

The senior prosecutor's office is also responsible for the Financial Supervisory Service, so the benefits of corporate mergers and acquisitions are related to the job bribery requirement.

The question is whether the former minister of the country knew the situation in which Chung bought the stock cheaply.

The prosecution reportedly identified a portion of the stock purchase funds transferred from his former secretary's account to Professor Chung's account.

The former secretary of the motherland asked if he knew the situation of buying stocks cheaply and said, "a ridiculous question" and "not true at all."

Professor Chung Kyung-Sim denies even buying the stock.

The prosecution says the investigation is also inevitable, including allegations that Cho's daughter had a Seoul University internship certificate.

Prosecutors are expected to demand attendance from the former secretary of state next week.
